Not suggesting that it is a fake, but I have seen this on a few copy Yonex rackets when try to string with a tension of 26-27 lbs.

Um, you doubt it is original?
Or you doubt it is not original?

You mean it is a fake racquet?

Yonex should rebrand the FB as "Fast Breaking".
There's a lot of furious buyers out there.

My Whatsapp has pictures of four dead FBs.
    And that's just this month!

I wonder what lies in store for my own FB :(

Hi Fans: I just ordered a yonex FB at 5U JP version. How about I put on a yonex cushion wrap on yonex FB 5U , then tape it on AC102 EX super Grap (3 Wraps) grip before putting on a victor lead tape, with tension of 27 horizontal 25 vertical with BG 65 string .. be it better guard against breaking ?

Hi just just an update on my claim. After 4 months of wait, I finally got answer from the shop that Sunrise Sg will do the exchange.
BUT that is after I wrote to Sunrise directly a week ago and call them thereafter to follow up that the issue was resolved after 4 business days.
So one of the conclusion is that the shop I am dealing with is just dragging its feet in resolving the claim for its customer.
Second of all, instead of getting a FB back, I wanted to get an I-force. I was told to top up another 40 dollars! FB selling at 230 and I force was quoted 220 from this shop so net I shld receive. Anyway I gave in as I do not wish to have my money stuck there anymore. I will not have anything to do with the shop henceforth not even if they gave steep discount as when **** hit the fan, they will not take care of the customer but gave a couple extra kickstand the gut.
    So folks beware....

Its a strong racket, i had hundreds of clashes only paint damage.
It finally broke when it collided with a steel racket.
I had it strung at 26lbs with BG66 Ultimax.
The frame looked like the FB in the first Pictures.
This racket is good because its around the same weight.
    And it cheaper as well!

    That is some great info..
Glad that you manage to get it exchange even though it took almost forever and you did it all by yourself.
Now I understand exactly 'why' the claiming process took 3 months!!
    Thank you, Nyquist..

Need to do a 'follow-up/follow-through' just like Nyquist did.

    SUNRISE SPORTS SDN BHD
    14-1 Jalan 6/91
    Taman Shamelin Perkasa
    Cheras
    56100 Kuala Lumpur
    Wilayah Persekutuan
    Malaysia

    Tel: 603-9285 5123
    Fax: 603-9285 5517
Website: sunrise_malaysia@sunrisesports.com.my (site is under construction)

I haven't broke any yonexes of mine, yet.
But if I did, I'd certainly ruffle up something or someone if a short and simple procedure were prolonged/delayed for no apparent reason. (There are people who prefer to be given/require some undesirable motivation in order to get things done accordingly)

If you believe that you are entitled to a replacement or refund etc because of breakage, and after having contacted your reseller you find things are not really moving in any direction, it may be a good idea to contact the distributor of your region and either inquire or lodge a complaint.
