CCC@MSAC on Sunday 29-Apr-2007 will not be cancelled

While I was at MSAC coaching the APBC teams tonight, Tuesday 24-Apr-2007, I found that the courts on the Table-Tennis section are available for Sunday 29-Apr-2007.

So... Our CCC@MSAC on Sunday 29-Apr-2007 will not be cancelled.

Please meet as usual... but this time at Court No.15.

How is Paula_R recovering from her injury ???

Last Sunday, 20-May-2007, Edward_C asked how Paula_R is recovering from her injury.
Perhaps Paula_R can respond.

While Paula_R is away, Hans-I has been taking the vacant spot.

And Don-Z missed our CCC@MSAC for 3 Sundays running.
Perhaps Don-Z can respond too.

If Don-Z intends not to participate, we will call in our next trainee from our Waiting List, namely LiLing-K.

CCC Badminton Warning: Do not to train when injured

Hi Paula_R,

Thank you for responding.

Hope that your physio gives you Good News.

However, please do not rush back to train with us if you are not 100%.

Past experience tells us that... When a trainee returns for coaching after an injury but not fully recovered, he/she could sustain another different type of injury.

This is because...... In order to protect/prevent pain in one part of our body, we tend to put stress/strain to another part of our body, therefore causing a different injury. :crying:

We wish you All the Best...... and we missed you so.

CCC Badminton will always be there when you are willing and able to attend again.
