CCC Badminton: Weekday Afternoon CATS at MSAC

CCC Badminton will hold Weekday Afternoon CATS (Coaching And Training Sessions) at MSAC.

Sessions;
Days......Monday to Friday
Time......3:00pm to 5:00pm
Cost.......$20 per trainee (visitor)
Cost.......$15 per trainee (member)

The program will similar to our Sunday Morning CATS at MSAC.

CCC Coaching Program (20 Chapters)
1 Footwork – Backward (with Overhead Clear)
2 Footwork – Forward (with Bounce)
3 Services – Singles & Doubles (with Underarm Clear)
4 Dropshot – (reply with Bounce)
5 Smash – (reply with Block)
6 Overhead Clear – (Defensive Clear)
7 Dab – (for Doubles)
8 Drive – (for Doubles)
9 Pushshot – (for Doubles)
10 Netplay – (Bounce/Tumble/Spin)
11 Netplay – (Tap/Swipe)
12 Attacking Clear – (with 3-steps Footwork)
13 Holding the Shot – (with Deceptions)
14 Level Doubles – (Players' Positions)
15 Level Doubles – (Court Zones)
16 Level Doubles – (Match Tactics)
17 Mixed Doubles – (Players' Positions & Court Zones)
18 Mixed Doubles – (Match Tactics)
19 Singles – (Court Zones & Match Tactics)
20 Overhead Backhand Dropshot, Clear & Smash
