Spore SCV delayed and live telecast

For those in Spore:
Starhub cable tv has scheduled ch 22 for the delayed telecast of CO2 and HKO on 29, 30 NOV and 01 DEC.Double check again on those days.
Also, there will be live broadcast of SSF on the 20 & 21 DEC.

ASTRO Malaysia usually broadcast live badminton tournament, why some Malaysian have the problem of Live TV ?

anyone call astro to complain and ask whether there is any delayed broadcast?
