Hat off to these Netherlands ladies....they put a fight so that the final so far is not a lop-sidded one as the winner is already a forgeone conclusion a long time ago
Xie won 21-17, 21-18... Wowww...getting closer for China to retain the UC.. Anyway..thumbs for The Netherlands team....they have a high spirit, no wonder Japan lost....
alloh, it's been fun reading your posts...they always make me laugh(seriously).. anyways, you sure you want to go to 25 pts??..hehehe..esp. after yesterday's episode?? i was reading the other thread(MAS vs. DEN SF) and didn't see you post there for the entire 2nd set of MD. i thought you fainted already, until you showed up when the MAS won in the 3rd..hahaha
i doubt it. Jiang is the Chinese national champion. i don't think Ms. van Cutsen will be able to get a set from her let alone the match.
yup, same thing here..probably it's the UBER Cup and most people are expecting CHN to run over easily... tomorrow, it could be a different story though..hehe
Jiang is a fabulous player to watch. Goes to prove you don't have to be tall to be in the China women's team Jiang 14-5 Rachel
beautiful but lethal wrist work. 11-5 lead now. Li Yongbo routinely just nodded his head during the break. "yeah. just like that."
*LOLLLLLL* now that really makes me laugh aloud! *attempting at 'laughing seriously'..* .. O! try as might i can only end up giggling with mirth.
I hope she won't pull a Zhang Ning... be up 12 - 2 and only win by 3... but then again, against Mia it's a whole new world of badminton.
the fact that Jiang is featured in the 3rd singles probably means that she has the most potential among the youngsters. which i think is a good thing as she departs from the tall+slim+attack+speed style (eg. Xie, Zhang).
