Nitya Krishinda/Greysia Polii had an easy match today, beating their Swedish opponent 21-7, 21-10. The real test will come tomorrow, facing Cheng Shu/Zhao Yunlei yet again.

An easy 2nd set for the top-seed as Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan progress to R16 with a 21-19, 21-8 victory over Anthony Clark/Nathan Robertson. It's also the first time since the Swiss Super Series that the opponents failed to score more than 10 in a set against the top-seed.

    Tine is out for revenge

or did Wang Yihan gave up the 1st set after the 11-2 scoreline so she could just prepare to battle it out on the 2nd set?
