Geez. INA pair lost because of injury. They had 2 match points but the person who hot injury seems like very serious. He could not even stand. Unfortunate. They played really well.

well what has he achieved though. Yeah Asian Champ. Honestly i feel like what he said will bite him anyway after he said that. At least Kevin never said something rude that degrade other humans..

what i said is just the fact. He did say that right?

quite reasonable, especially when in a match point position.
but when they were in the 20:20 position and Yere could no longer walk, they still chose not to give up and chose to continue the match until the end.

Still this is a terrible decision to continue, even if they managed to win they wouldn't play in the semis, that is not worth it, what the point or risking to worsen the injury just to feel like a hero in front of your home crowd, i don't understand the coach or the umpire don't step up to make him stop

Loh is so fast in pouncing at the net. Is it because of how he hold the grip?

They probably thought the opponent will service fault or error and then they take the match point.

It was lucky the opponent didn't attack him.

Thats prolly the worst injury i seen since Marin’s injury. Knee buckling under the pressure, he touches it immediately.

I don't know how anyone can defend his terrible act.
22 years old with a career-threatening injury, and considering how brutal men's double is these days. I don't think he will have much of a chance to have a "comeback".
    Tough luck, I guess.

Good sportsmanship is shown by aaron/wooi yik by only attacking pramudia.
They also seemed worried about Yere's condition.
That is, no matter how tight the match, they athletes understand very well how an injury is a nightmare.

yeah, that said i feel sorry for him. Its very hard to come back from ACL. Happened to Baelletrix, Edy Subaktiar (which i remembered i saw it on tv), Rosyita. I dont think any INA players have done well since ACL injury.

Only Marin have done it successfully

As an athlete , i guess we ll never know when our career will end but at 22. Everyone would career like Hendra/Ahsan/Natsir but it just doesnt happen that way. Even Natsir was injured the last 2 years of her career (after HK Open 16) but she got xovered by Ahmad who will do everything.

I'm not surprised LZJ won,I think his mentality is stronger than LKY,and LKY was not playing that well recently anyway, losing to Kunlavut at SEA Games and to LZJ at BATC.

LKY played better than I expected today though.

Loh had a match point and missed it.
The match was worthy of a final.
