FRENCH Open SS 2012 - Day 1 : Qualifying Round (23rd Oct-12)

Its really quite a shame that Wang Lin and Wang Shixian have to play each other in the first round.

Both players are desperate for some results and earn some ranking points. I was hoping both girls would make it deep into the tournament and hopefully win. I think Wang Lin is in slightly better form and will beat WSX.

Because what was on the BWF channel last week was provided by Badminton Denmark, not BWF. Secondly this is not a Premier Super Series so tv coverage starts even later, probably Friday (Premier start on Thursday).
