I'm Jake and I've been living here in Japan for more than two years now. I was wondering if you can help me find a place to play badminton here in kyoto city? I've been looking and asking but I couldn't find a place. Thanks a lot in advance!
 
Check at 鹿嶋市緑地体育館 kashimashi ryokuchi taiikukan seems they have a club/playing session on every thursday 7PM. visit the place and inquire at the reception about any other clubs.

Sorry for poping up without reading through everything in this thread.I've got questions for you Miyuki.
*Is there anything that we can just walk in during the day or the evening for one session.I'm traveling to Tokyo for a couple of weeks on vacation.It would be nice to play a bit after a few days goofing around the city of Tokyo.
*The city of Kawasaki is only ten minutes away from Tokyo?
*Is the shuttle-house in the tokyo city?I'm gonna get a hand full of load-spreaders.

Hey guys and gals!

I'm in Tokyo for the week and leaving Monday 16th May. I will be staying in Akasaka from Tuesday 10th May for 3 nights. Then will find somewhere else to stay for the weekend. Any recommendations for places to play near where I am or near the central city? How much does it cost? Opening hours? Can you provide a list of places to play badminton in tokyo? Is there a list somewhere??

Do you have badminton gyms here (places just for badminton that are open all the time)? I played in 1 in south korea last week and enjoyed just being able to play and play to my hearts content. I want to train and get some singles practice while I'm here..

I also have a friend in futakoshinchi who is interested in playing. Any recommendations for him?

seems like this thread has died quite a bit... will be near Ota/Jiyugaoka from the 21st of Oct to the 1st of Nov if anyone is interested!
 
Hello. I'm Miyuki who started this thread. Before, I wrote here to email me directly. But you can't see it because there are many messages after my message. Somtimes people who saw my email address here sent me an email. So i believed you all could see my message.

Now , there are some sports center and badminton courts are open again recently. But only limited team members play there.
I hope all people can enjoy playing badminton again soon!
