    lol i clean my shoes with the the hands since i play badminton :) (10years)

    Towel pushing is a very good calisthenics exercise:p. Really works the core muscles:D.

    I always use my hands to wipe my shoes. Actually, between games, i take my shoe off and stick it in the water tap or fountain, and basically wash the soles. It has become a goodluck charm for me since i do it so much now :D

    There are some anti-static detergent spray you can use on the sole of your shoes that will help. But nothing beats a clean floor.

    Soap powder

    We use soap powder on wooden floors in Malaysia esp. when its dirty /oily... works wonders... gives fantastic grip for whole 2-3 hrs session. Try it! but ensure floor is not wet!
