What happen to Kevin/Gideon. They aren't playing?? Kevin looks like he doesn't want to partner Gideon anymore.

Lol SYQ doesn’t know how to play on the bad side, so he wins all his points on the good side

Oh no Okuhara, i just switched on and saw a few points and she is retiring. Sad man. And it doesnt even look like she is injured.

Probably the most unexpected retirement in badminton you ever see as well. So abrupt.

Makes me think what TTY doing is incredible at 29 now. I think genereally WS is finished > 28

Ya, I'm sad to see Okuhara almost in tears. Her shot selection and quality is amazing. But you also have to be free from injury to cope with opponent's shot selection. She sensed her injury don't allow her to do it as freely as she used to. I did hear that she was suffering from a long term career threatening injury but still keeping my hopes she'll get better.

Court 3 without hawkeye is danger man.

Chou coach ran straight after G2 win , that looked so over the top.

Could be the points issue. I don't know. If he retires, he may not get any points.

And I saw his name in the MD match at a later time. Maybe if he retires in his MS match, he can't play in the MD match.

If you lose first round, how much points do they get? Is it worth it? Probably not enough to replace the lowest score from the past yr anyway no?

Momota.....destroyed in the first game by Angus. I think we're never gonna see the prime Momota of old ever again. Such a shame.
