Can this work when the original issue is so public? Imagine someone said something detrimental about you publicly and then say quietly to you "sorry" that nobody else heard, I am not sure it will work, for the person concerned nor the public who heard it all and is still in the dark.

i will still support him if he lost 100 times or 1000 times but i feel like vomiting now with his "blame it on the rain" kind of childish mentality. i hope he will never win.
