Bao Chunlai seem to give up at the end of 2nd game. he did not push himself to retrive LCW's smashes. he was just too slow while LCW is faster today.

That's nice to know;LCW played at 70% to win big outside MAS.BCL lost it because of many unforced errors? Didn't LCW used to lose matches because he made more unforced errors than his opponents? But (just about )all the BCF big wigs bank on BCL to win, didn't they?

congratulations to Mr LCW. It must be a great moral boosting win for him and we can certainly understand that. If anyone knows him personally, you can pass on how we feel about him. :) Way to go, LCW!!!

don't too happy yet. this win a starting point for him. fans should not praise him too much, media should not publicise him too much and government should not reward him too much. LCW ultimate target is WC and Olympic. we should not get too excited now. be patient and slowly stand by his side, and not carry him too high.

    X Ball,

You are one of a kind... even the great INDRA and the hardcore LD fans never made a thread for celebration.

Sooner or later, this site should consider changing its domain name to www.badmintonmalaysia.com (note: I don't know if this is existed already or not) instead.....LOL.

i think LCW win because he looks more fierce and looks more man in the court and offensive play. He should keep it up until WC2007 nd Olympic 2008

Based on what 2007 unfolds, I can only hope LCW can regain some confidence, and even with a favorable draw, I am not optimistic LCW can win, glad he proves me wrong. MAS is a cosmopolitan society with multi-racial co-existence...heck, if any MAS player wins major tourney, who care if the coach is African or Mongolian, or whatever...just do it!!:p
