No pride to be salvaged for.. This MAS is a last minutes entries scratch pair ...:p[/COLOR]

This Thai Pair its quite senior, if i am not mistaken:rolleyes:

A win over any MAS pair is always to be savored :D.

Did I say the Thai pair is a junior pair?

yess top 2 MAS MD player won their match.....KKK/TBH won their match easily after they had trained so hard at home.... while vateran CTF/LWW also won..... anyway still a long way to go for them..... MAS boleh.....

Usually we just assume team Malaysia won in early round without checking, but now-a-day we actually need confirmation :D Our MDs just longer as dominating as before, sad to say that.

- A good lesson taught by MAS Seniors:cool:
- As expected;)

Yup...this time they are beaten...but come 1-2 years time, I think Bona/Ahsan will improve. Time is on their side :)

Yes, its expected that Rian/Yoke or Fran/Rendra will lose anyway...a win is a bonus.

To Robin

Arif almost got Andrew. So close but worth betting though.:)

Dear Robin,

It is a good match for 19 years old Arif. He gives the good fight to Andrew Smith who has experienced than Arif. I believed that Arif benefited from his match against Andrew Smith as he gained confidence to meet world players. Good job, Arif. Do not give up.

From,
Ayu

Yup, something to cheer about despite the loss. The match went into duece in 1st & 3rd game. Not sure who had the match point first. 26-24, I guess it could have turned either way.

In a few years time, Arif would be a great player. He's a very exciting young lad.Tremendous potential and great skills.

Hendra A. Gunawan/Joko Riyadi salvaged some pride after they beat Tan Bin Shen/Hoon Thien How in straight sets 21-10, 21-15.
No pride to be salvaged for.. This MAS is a last minutes entries scratch pair ...:p

As mentioned by Krisna, Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan were stretched in the first set 27-25 (first match jitters perhaps?).
Over Confidence shall I say ??

Oh dear....Luluk Hadiyanto/Alvent Yulianto lost in the first round again to Khoo Chung Chiat/Abdul Latif Mohd Razif
After 2 consecutive good tournament.. They are finally bring down to earth:p
The MAS junior pair will face a Thai pair Nuttaphon Narkthong/Patipat Chalardchalaem (what a name).
This Thai Pair its quite senior, if i am not mistaken:rolleyes:
Bona Septano/Mohd Ahsan also gained a lesson after beaten easily by Choong Tan Fook/Lee Wan Wah in straight sets 12-21, 11-21.
- A good lesson taught by MAS Seniors:cool:
Both Djarum pairs: Rian Sukmawan/Yonathan Suryatama Dasuki and Fran Kurniawan/Rendra Wijaya lost to more experienced opponents in Guo Zhendong/Xie Zhongbo and Gan Teik Chai/Lin Woon Fui.
- As expected;)
Samuel, statements made by badMania this time are fair and reasonable. C'mon, give him a break.
