Here are some of the mouth watering clashes (so early in R1 and some in R2 for MS!!!) in my opinion: Long CHEN [11][CHN] - [DEN] Hans-Kristian VITTINGHUS Chen Long is in 'the form' but expect some resistance from Vittinghus (55-45 for Chen) Wenlong ZHOU[CHN] - [HKG] Yun HU Zhou to prevails, but not without hard fight (56-44 to Zhou) Pui Yin YIP [8][HKG] - [THA] Ratchanok INTANON Hard to predict Yippie's strengh right now, in a better day she might upset much better opponent, but Intanon here is future star of Thailand..(50-50) Eriko HIROSE[JPN] - [KOR] Soo Young JANG Eriko has been absent for a while, but Korean's is always known for their fighting spirit (55-45 for Eriko) Mew Choo WONG[MAS] - [SIN] Aiying XING With WMC condition, Im not sure on how she will prevails from this match, but hope her experience will help her on crucial points (50-50) Biao CHAI[CHN] Nan ZHANG[CHN] - [INA] Fernando KURNIAWAN [INA] Lingga LIE Lingga/Nando need to prove their existence in pelatnas, always not easy to beat even scratch Chn's pair, but I hope they'll prevail (51-49) Hanbin HE [1][CHN] Yang YU[CHN] - [INA] Fran Kurniawan TENG [INA] Pia Zebadiah BERNADET Really bad draw for Ina, but give a fight guys....(53-47 for 1st seed) Rasmus BONDE[DEN] Mikkel DELBO LARSEN[DEN] - [MAS] Tan Fook CHOONG [2] [MAS] Wan Wah LEE with poor outing from WC last week, Mas uncle want to restore the order, but not so easy guys, this Danish pair can spring yet another surprise (50-50) that's it for now.......feel free guys if you disagree with any of the matches above, and feel free to add those.....
The most interesting match to me is Lee CW vs Wang ZM. Wang's just survived from funny BWF's rules today. He had to play 3 matches in just 1 day. Fortunately, he won them all, although got some resistance from Malaysia's Latif in their first game. Although Wang ZM must have been exhausted, Lee CW still needs extra effort to pass Wang ZM, this young teenager from Canton (never heard of any men's singles from Canton yet) is very talented. If Wang ZM, the super teanager won 3 matches in a row today, beats Lee CW in his debut, he must be the next Lin Dan, or even better than Lin Dan in the future.
Another Hendrawan player down. Pengyu DU [CHN] - [MAS] Wei Feng CHONG 21-13 21-6 Lost 13 points in a row during 2nd set. Ouch! Only Hafiz left. Go Hafiz!
Chinese young star Chen Long lost to Danish player, Hans Kristian Vittinghus, 21-23 ; 16-21. Many PAWers pick Chen Long over Hans...
o really......??? well then DPY is much harder opponent....TH must not toying around...... meanwhile Lindaweni keep impresses me by her resistance to auntie ZM.....
