Hahahaha something like AYO INDONESIA!!!! dats better because if INDONESIA BOLEH is like INDONESIA may or given the permission to....is totally different context

For someone who conclude that the country now is not as rich as in the early 90s based on info from the coffee shops, nasi kandar stores and NSC not funding some sailor ... I think I just have to say I feel sorry... :o

It was not from coffee shops, nasi kandar stores, & I already said 3 times in the other thread, not from NSC not funding some sailor. And considering I read the economic book like 7-8 years ago, I'm surprised I even remember the name of the author. If I'm not mistaken, this author also mentioned sthing abt manupulation of GDP & GDP per capita.

Find out who does market research for Petronas(since you know quite a bit abt it) or some of the major banks, or what AC Nielsen, Taylor Nielsen Sofres, Acorn Research, Synovate does.
Economic figures does not change public perceptions and experience, esp after 1997 crash, abt those good days in early 1990s, irregardless of official economic figures.
If the public & businesses give an honest answer, they say "the government figures are BS, they only want to look good."

Anyway, again : One can continously lament the state of things or one can take action by trying to make a difference to change things in whatever ways one can . Other than that it's talk, talk, talk for years to come.
And in the process damaging the reputation of other Msians amongst the non Msians, in which overspills to real life. Hmmm what did the non Msian here call it..... hmmm

But of course, of course, you can always ignore what you consider to be "senseless & childish", "shallow", "bordering on emotional" (Swiss Open, Prof Players, TC threads) eagle says. :D

After all the heat by the Malaysia Boleh fans, I must say Malaysia Boleh have in a way done some good for Malaysia. For example our space flight participant program .... errr I mean astronaut program put Malaysia amongst space faring nations such as Russia, US, France, China etc. BUT Malaysia did it with more style via the Malaysia Boleh way ... unlike Russia, China or the US, we dont need to come up with a massive space program or set up a body like NASA. We short circuited everything and went out and just bought a ticket off the Russians. ;)

Seriously, am not poking fun at Malaysia Boleh. I think by buying a ticket off the Russians, we saved time as we dont need to build a rocket, put in the research on rocket technology etc etc etc. All we need to do was conduct some nationwide interview to find our own astronaut! I see us our space program as doing something smarter than the Americans, Chinese, French etc.

As for our astronaut, his research and studies concluded that it is possible for us to make teh tarik in space. Our next goal is to find out whether it is possible to cook nasi lemak in space. :D

Malaysia sure boleh!
our country should not have sent him to space!!!
wasteful!!!
what can he do?
nothing:D

He learnt something while at the space - how to make a cup of mamak's teh tarik.:D

This is not only the wasteful of money and useless projects being carried out by the PERSON WHO CONTROL THE COUNTRY FUND.alots others.....

Malaysia sure Boleh... only if the funds are used wisely.. i think Malaysia will be better than Boleh.

Many girls were crazy about him, obsessed about his handsomeness and bla bla before. Many critics had been "thrown" to him, to the programme. Nonetheless, many girls, especially, defended him. But, looking at your post, I guess you were not one of them back then.;)

boleh...boleh...

if we're not too busy setting up those world records that i'm sure most people couldn't care less about, and then make a real big fuss about it, we could actually spend all our money, time and energy into making a change in malaysia.
without any doubt, those kinda money (especially the one spent on angkasawan project) would have made a big change in a malaysian's life.;)

nothing to do with your post. i'm just saying i don't get the ad. he's saying that it takes 5 seconds to reach the top of the hill. but what has that got to do with 0-100km/h in 13 seconds?
