Are you asking me???... ..if you are, then you're asking the wrong person. You should ask MJ's fans, instead.. Btw, i'm in no way "judging" whether Michael goes to heaven or not..Yes, there is a Higher Being to judge him and all of us.. *Yes, i heard a lot of people shed tears when they watched the memorial service. Yes, it's all emotion. What lies ahead is the reality, esp. his kids and their future.
i believe MJ is a good man...not just his music influence many people , his contribution on charity too....
There were articles about the 1st case in 1993 - 1) After it was announced MJ died, the kid, Jordan Chandler came out to say that his dad forced him to say MJ molested him to get money/get out of being poor(USD22 million a lot of $$$$$). J. CHandler said MJ never molested him or did anything of pervert kind. Why the kid only say after MJ died, I dunno lah, maybe so that he wouldnt be sued. 2) For the 1993 case, MJ was forced to settle out of court by his .....record co or insurance or whoever he had contract with, they didnt want it prolonged - something in their contract with MJ give them power to make final decision. Supposed MJ didnt want to settle, cos it would mean the beginning of the end of his career. disclaimer : I dunno if all the articles true or not true, so many people say this & that, claim to know MJ so well & all.
I tend to take this stand too, although child molestation accusations are seriously and cannot be dismissed by a wave of the hand (but apparently several million $$$ can )
maybe why MJ fought on his second charge in court as his 1st out of court settlement attracted more and more lawsuits. For a nice commission, lawyers would represent anyone when the jackpot is 8 figures $$$. They won't even ask for a retainer so the kid's family got nothing to lose by suing MJ.
Wah, you smart, thought of that, and follow MJ's career more. Thought you're of the "younger" generation who only heard of MJ during his turbulant years.
Pretty much the truest thing said about MJ regarding the court cases. Don't give a 'innocent until guilty nonsense eh? Wait till you're the end at the receiving end of that statement.
no , i don't follow MJ nor a MJ fan. Since MJ just died and with the heavy media coverage, i like to know a bit more about him because i don't like media hype to pass judgement about a person. Gene Simmons of KISS have said, he like to hear from the 2 kids whos family launched the lawsuit against MJ to tell what really happened.
Ohh, I'm also not MJ fan. I only found out there's a 1993 case AFTER MJ passed away, me is outdated. Before that, I only knew MJ as the guy who did "Beat It", "Billie Jean", "Black & White" & created moonwalk. Now only I found out he wrote so many outstanding songs, could sing very well too live in his younger days, hard to find nowadays. Oh yeah, according to reports, in the 1993 case, both MJ & CHandler's family signed confidentiality in the civil case, they arent supposed to talk abt the case in public - didnt say though if they can talk after 1 party kicked the bucket. You would have read also that supposedly MJ's insurance co. paid the USD22 million, not MJ. Supposed MJ said "Hell No" to paying off the kid Who is Gene simmons??? KISS stand for what ah?? I remember it being mentioned but dunno what it means.
MJ wrote many meaningfull songs too like " Man In The Mirror ", "Heal The World " , "We Are The World" & "Earth Song " among others even "Black Or White " too.. Kiss is a legendary rock band kinda like Beatles but thier music are more heavy metal kind..
KISS is more like a group of grown men with war paint on their faces and very long and wriggly tongues...literally
Michael Jackson -- #7 (some of you have probably read these; if not, well, you can consider it a coincidence)... -- Michael Jackson signed his will on 7/7/02. -- Michael Jackson's memorial was on 7/7/09 ... exactly 7 years after the will was signed. -- Michael Jackson's two biggest hits -- "Black & White" and "Billie Jean" -- were each #1 for 7 weeks. -- Michael Jackson's three biggest albums -- "Thriller," "Bad" and "Dangerous" -- each produced 7 top 40 hits. -- Michael Jackson was the 7th of 9 children. -- Michael Jackson was born in 1958 ... 19 + 58 = 77 -- Michael Jackson died on the 25th ... 2 + 5 = 7 -- Michael Jackson has 7 letters in his first and last name.
Ah yes, numerology - the art of divining meaning from numbers. Did anybody also noticed that he was born on the 3rd planet of the solar system? Coincidence? Yes. Significance? None. ... not to mention '77' resolves to '14' and '5' respectively if the same rule is applied consistently... Only if you believe in all this luck malarkey. I'd say from an alternative viewpoint he is lucky to be dead now - literally resting in peace after all the crap he's gone through in life.
