My 3rd trip to Van

Man, do I feel like a beast of burden uploading these pix:crying:. Frendie forgot to take action pix in the heat of battle and all we got were the aftermath of the second torture... All-You-Can-Eat Sushi. The restaurant in question is Tomokazu (correct name).

Tomokazu, yummy~~ All-You-Can-Eat Sushi was definitely no torture at all~~~:D Just remembering makes me hungry :p

Tadaima~ I'm home. Coming back to reality wasn't as bad as a thought. This BC trip seemed to be like a dream, too good to be true! :D

That Sushi restaurant is just the place for your posse, badrad;). Along Broadway... eastbound side and between Graville and Oak (it's very near the SONY store).

Hah~ been very busy since got back! :p And those photos are not for your eyes anyways. ;) I tried to post some yesterday but I was having problem with firewall/network, of which I have no clue how to go around it.

Here are "some" I can show you. :D
After all the badminton action, cappy and I decided to take LB on a special training session (pic 1, 2) . He trained him very hard (see pic 3). I did some training too: I had to use all my concentration so as not to fall to my death. :p (pic 4)

Yes, Gelato is the road straight to a lady's heart. After I introduced Mondo Gelato to you guys, she had to have second helpings. I have never seen a more reasonable woman becoming so compulsive in one night:p.

Remember, kids... don't fool around with gelatos. You could get hooked for life:D!

Indeed, do not fool around with gelatos! Here is proof :D
tried green tea, pistaccio, latte, vanilla :)

After our grand tour of the city, PeteLSD and SchroningerCat joined us for our last supper in Vancouver. We went to Gyoza King on Robson at cappy's suggestion (ask him for details). It's the place to go for jap cuisine. It's absolutely yummy! PeteLSD and SchroningerCat devoured their ramen soup and cappy seemed happy with his choice!
Btw, do try the leechee ale!

WAAaaaaahhhhh!!!! All "action" pics!! *tries to stop salivating on keyboard*

Vancouver is SOOOOOOOOO nice (Van as in place+food:p )!!

It is certainly mouth watering. I never go that far to downtown for dinner because there are so many good one in my area anyway. I must try this Gyoza King if I come by Robson St..... it looks like so people are on the queue and you folks have to wait outside. Cappy, I have a lazy question :-) do they accept phone in reservation?

Yea, Vancourer is the best place for many good food along with smoke free (no cigarette) and clean eating area that you can't find in any where of the world :-)

Hehehehhehe... I think someone already made the decision to come with us next time. ;)

Haven't tried calling in yet. Whenever I go there's always a lineup. A friend of mine found the place via google on someone's blog:p. This is quite the delightful place to eat in. For people who are abit tired of all-you-can-eat sushi but still want to try other aspects of Japanese cuisine, Gyoza King is a great choice.

Sambas - has an all you can eat meat buffet brazilian style.
Along the Drive there are tons of places - just a few we talked about were:
Frenchies - Poutine/Smoke meat.
Riddim'n'Spice - Jamaican (very good price/food) Jerk chicken and jamaican patties are very good.
Memphis Blues - bbq - tons of meat!
Bukowskis - decent jazz, good food (can't remember if they have changed names recently).
Havana - Cuban fare - often long waits, but food is worth it. A bit more pricey tho'.
Stormin' Normans - claim to fame - wreck beach survivor - variety of different meats (alligator is on the menu) peacock, bison, duck sausages... Very reasonable price - huge condiment bar for your burgers.
There are also many tiny shops that you can get a quick bite, reasonably priced. And we didn't even start on desserts....

Oh great.... Man am I hungry right about NOW!!! Maybe take a quick trip down to the drive! :D:D:D
