You should check out this guy's speed-painting with photoshop... http://www.youtube.com/user/macpulenta He's just amazing. I think I'll post something of my own. This is one of my abstract wood-block printing works done in class. This is also the only one I have on the computer.. the rest ( homeworks ) are too big (A3) to be scanned. Hmm.. and do photoshopped images count as 'art' ? Here's my 'sigs' for another forum: and this.. And this too.. And finally something I just did for fun.. basic photomanipulation and some really basic 'air-brushing' on photoshop. I think I'll post more if I have the time >_>
Thank you Robin and Miss Ipoh. I remembered it was a difficult piece but I wanted to try how to paint water with water.
i envy people with artistic talent. be it painting, sculpting, singing or playing musical intruments. the only drawing i did that i was proud of was that of my mother. it was her birthday and at the time i was not busy with any exam or course work. so i spent three days drawing it for her. when i went back home i gave it to her and she framed it.
Whaaa Alot talent in art from the badminton community here's my contribution! I scanned it from my art book.
Cool. I like the way that the splash is very detailed. Did you use HB or a B pencil ? My art teacher has been yelling at my fellow classmates, 'H stands for horrible', 'B stands for beautiful' I reccomend atleast a 2B, to a 4B. 6B gets really smudgy though. This picture seems to be lacking tone. Try not to have big black outlines, but define the edges with darker tones. That will make it look "pro'er". Other than that, it's quite good. Here's an example of a picture with more tone to define the edges, by *GaDe~CaMiLlA*: Hope this helps..
