it is the asian way of taking over the world... first you have seen in the asian epic movies ie "crouching tiger hidden dragon", now .....use their weapons in the court...maybe they can advertise actors like andy lau using the dragon sword and takeshi kaneshiro using the phoenix blade.... pretty soon you will see all badminton players flying through the court with extra dexterity and special slow mo moves..and some who would have mastered the racquets will show the hidden power in the dragon blade like the dragon slice or demonstrate the power of the phoenix strike eheheheh...

thanks to winex... heheheheh because .....winex can..... hehehe...

Update: I am expecting to have these two racquets available in Vancouver within the next month or so. Fingers crossed.

    a tad late?

It took the company almost a year to push them out, even for a re-release? Or did you decided to bring them to the West just now? What are the prices for these classics...err...1yr old racquets? :D

If it were me, I would name all rackets after those Zanpaku "swords" in Bleach. How cool would be that, staying on the badminton court and shout "senbon sakura chireeee!" *haha*

Nevertheless those rackets looks nice and Winex makes high quality rackets over ages.
It is a pity that there is so less information about the Winex nano range...

It's just me...couldn't get the racquets out to Canada earlier  . I would think the prices for these racquets are the same as the AT700 series (MRSP $160).

Not sure if the thermal bags have anything on them but would think so as we were not shown the bags.

If these series takes off, don't be surprised if Winex starts releasing their models under cool names...

My understanding was that the Dragon and Phoenix has special meaning in Chinese culture and are normally used to symbolize love and marriage so these racquets were designed to go together. ;)

So they're like the Armortec 800 and 900's....just with wayyyy cooler names. Where can we order them from? Have a link to your site maybe? Keep us updated on when you will be receiving them, thanks.

    :( My apologies everyone :(

The shipment arrived but no Dragon Sword or Phoenix Blade. Instead I was sent the latest models: Nano 9009, Nano 6000 and Winex's own models: the ION series and the COOL series.

I will try and post more info and pictures on these models in separate thread under the Equipment forum.
