    PBSI shouls make good decisions..

I think PBSI have to make good decision..
SEA GAMES, China Open, Hongkong Open in November
BUT..Europe Tour..will be held until last October..
Too far from Indonesia..24 hours travel?...
So think they will be more selected important games for Indonesia..like SG and China Open..
(Tapi, dont worry lah..Indoesia send full team di SG, Hongkong Open dan China Open..they can learn from that tournamnet..although for women, i think they should starts from the below level..2 or 3..
Thats why..i dodn't see that our 'ladies..' in Hongkong Open drawing..)

Doesn't PBSI have sponsorship from Private Sector?

I was always under the impression that PBSI and the Indon local clubs are better funded than Malaysia's BAM, which depend a lot on Govt.

    Ended up with:

    Chen Yu, Chen Jin
    Lu Lan, Wang Lin
    Zhang Dan/Zhang Yawen
Du Jing/YuYang (Du Jing is ill... poor girl, got fever)
Hu Zhilan, Qian Hong, Cai Jiani (They live in Denmark I think, didn't come with the rest of the Chinese Team...)

And Sang Yang/Xu Chen are ill too, so they decided to stay in China :(

Anything with a PBSI sticker means it's PBSI approved and used, yes?

Chen Jin should be able to reach quarter-final if Peter Gade is indeed injured and can't continue to compete. Lu Lan and Wang Lin are both strong contenders too, having had good results at the Chinese National Games (esp Lu Lan). If Lu Lan can beat Kanako Yonekura later today, she has a good chance to meet Pi Hong Yan in the quarter-final.

Zhang/Zhang is also favourite for the title as long as they are not too tired because of the long flight.

    classical problem..

PBSI and BAM has the same classical problem..it's about fund..
Indonesia may not have sponsorship for specific event..and probably that's why Indonesia didn't take Europe tour..
In local newspaper..president of PBSI (Sutiyoso says..that he spend much money for most of tournament..and Indonesia should take the tittle from China and Hongkong Open..);)

    PBSI and KONI

Persatuan Bulutangkis Seluruh Indonesia (Badminton Federation of Indonesia)
PBSI has a power to control the player..but PBSI work based on KONI statement..
s'time it's make you confused when PBSI just take Sea Games not as main purpose..and the main purpose is Thomas and Uber..but Koni said the main purpose is Sea Gemes?...
