Difficult if you’re still working on recovering from a torn ACL

The new girl, Kiyose Riko, is a third-year high school student, who will be joining Fukushima/Hirota in Marusugi, their corporate team, from this April. What an experience this is going to be for her.

I read somewhere that Hirota will continue to play despite the torn ACL. She will not go through surgery since there will not be enough time to recover for olympics. Not sure if this is confirmed. But this doesn't look very promising for the pair. Got to feel for Fukushima, having her partner being injured just before the olympics...twice in a row.

I wondered why Kiran George was struggling to move against Lei Lanxi. He called for doctor in middle of game 1. But still he was leading 4 or 5 points . And umpire overturned a decision of line judge which was really a surprise for me. Because the shuttle was very far from umpire and kiran went to ask him. He might have thought that it's not worth it to continue. He retired.

Leong Jun Hao is trying all the possible delaying tactics in the book. Some times, he is succeeding also in breaking the rhythm.
Asking for the doctor, Adjusting the shoe laces , Asking for court mop even when he did not fall down etc

There is a mountain difference in between LinChunyi and Subramanian. Subramanian need to come out of his closet and enter some prestigious Academy to have a career. He is still 19. He has so much time. Hope he understand it.

It is streamed live on BWF YT channel since Day 1. You need VPN that allows you to put a location not listed in the below URL where there is broadcast right to live telecast

If you do not have a VPN that allows you to set to a location that is not broadcasting live, you can watch it here but the commentary is in Mandarin:
