I have done T-shirts for my club before and it is quite a challenge really, I fully understand what khwong is going through. But one thing is for sure, this is golden advice, dont confirm with the dealer yet, look around, I strongly believe that a shirt like that will definitely cost less than RM50, trust me i really have been through all this. There is a good T-shirt printer shop in PJ old town, and it is a shop itself, where you can see the material and discuss with the person face to face to avoid any mistakes, because once they print there will be no turning back. Make sure you tell them the measurements (of the logos) or else they'll just bang the logo on to the shirt, it might just turn out to be as big as the alarm clocks in the pasar malam when its suppose to be much bigger than that! And when it comes to that there will be alot of problems. The old town shop has embroidery as well, but i believe there is many more other potential printing dealers, I just happen to know this one and it has done a good job for my club t-shirt which was CUSTOM designed and it only cost RM22. Customized shirts are more expensive, like the shirt you are planning to make they have ready-made shirts for it, so they are cheaper,because they just need to print on the desired design onto the empty shirt.I am not sure wether they have branded shirts as the base, you may enquire. The pj old town shop have computers and you can email your designs but remember to state the actual size,(example: 30x30cm...), or you may save it into a floppy disk and go there or something. you can contact one of the staff ( i got card haha) Its called D-sign, the shop that is. I also want.. but my yonex XL cannot fit me.... have anyone noticed the size of yonex shirt is not according to the internatinal size? I waering L or Xl for international brand .. but tired yonex few times .. the XL size is proven too small for me..sad sad
