It might have been paddle ball, on a court next to me playing badminton. Ball comes over. I think, I'll he helpful and flick it back like a shuttle. No, NOT like a shuttle at all! They do not slow down, nor do they dip. So I launched a ball at a poor unsuspecting lady's face and had to immediately apologise! (She caught it, thankfully). Just a heads up in case it saves some minor facial discomfort and a bad mark on the badminton community in general. It didn't help that we also sent a player and 3 sections of barrier into their court at one point. Ahem.
