How is Intanon's injury? Any reliable news? Hope it's not too serious, I wish too see her play at the IND Open SS and be one of the players able to stop Saina in the final.
Met her the day after her quarter final match last week in Birmingham town. She told me its nothing serious and her leg is getting better. So I assume she should be able to recover fully and play at the India Open SS.
Good for her. I thought when she had to be wheeled out of the stadium, it's at least a couple of months inaction for her. Hope to see her at the IND Open SS.
Ratchanok is my favourite player outside of Indian players. I am glad that Saina and Ratchanok have been drawn on different halves in MOSSP. Best wishes and best of luck to her.

Ratchanok wins, but makes her fans nervous Source: http://www.bangkokpost.com/learning/really-easy/541543/ratchanok-wins-but-makes-her-fans-nervous Thailand's new Asian women's champion Ratchanok "May" Intanon seems to enjoy making her many fans nervous and then ecstatic. Ratchanok Intanon of Thailand returns to Tai Tzu Ying of Chinese Taipei during their women's singles semi final match yesterday at the Badminton Asia Championships 2015 in Wuhan, central China's Hubei province. AFP PHOTO Thailand's champion badminton player Ratchanok "May" Intanon seems to enjoy making her many fans nervous and then ecstatic. She does this by losing the first set of her big matches and then fighting hard to win the next two. Yesterday in the semi-finals at the Badminton Asia Championships 2015 in Wuhan, China, she lost her first set to Tzu Ying of Chinese Taipei 20-22. After that, however, her fans could relax as she won the next two matches easily 21-9, 21-12. Today in the finals, she kept her fans biting their nails for two sets against Li Xuerui of China. Again she lost first set 20-22, but then barely won the second 23-21. From then on it was easier. She won the last set 21-12, making her the women's champion of Asia.
According to Thai TV commentator, during Djarum Superliga early this year in Bali, May's coach, Pattapol, asked Hendra Setiawan to give May some advice how to leave the repetitive thought about 2013 WC (that kept pressuring her). It seemed he did a great job and got much respect from May. Her IG caption called him, 'Papa'. Big thanks to HS for rendering assistance and being one of the helpers in getting May out of her cocoon.
