Important announcement

In order to stay in line with our visions and objectives for our group of players, with effect from the month of July, there will be several changes in our policy. The changes to be taken effect will be as follow:


  1. There will be a segregation of groups, of which, consists the “Advance group” and the “Non-advance Group”.


  1. As the Sports Hall consists of 4 courts, 2 courts will be booked for each group, over a stretch of 3 hours as usual.


  1. The committee has the right to accommodate the player in the “Non-advance group”, should in any event, a player not suitable to play in the “Advance group”.


  1. Payment of $30 per month will be made in advance for members.


  1. Payment of $10 per session will be made for ad hoc players.


  1. In circumstances where Bukit View Secondary School Sports Hall is not available, the game will be hosted in another location.


  1. In circumstances where a public holiday ( Example: Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, etc) falls on a Saturday, games will still be organized unless 75% of the members voted otherwise.


  1. In any circumstance where there shows a deficit value in the cash balance, exceeding $50 at the end of the month, the committee will seek the members to equally share the cost of the deficit.


  1. In any circumstances where there is a retained cash balance exceeding $100, the committee will host a gathering for bonding session on a Friday ( subjected to the decision of the members) night , with supported facilities such as BBQ pit, swimming pool and tennis court.


Note

The committee will not be paying the monthly membership fee of $30 but will be solely responsible for the booking of courts every Saturday and the recording of the cash balance account. The cash statement will be prepared in accordance to Singapore Financial Reporting Standard. Members, at their request, can view the weekly updated cash statement at any point of time.
