I think BWF should reinforce the rules not allowing any coaches wearing sandals..especially CROC on the court..last time..it was Chen Gang and this time it is Wang Chen..does not look good for tournament..
 
Lu Lan is still in town and will fly back to Beijing tomorrow...she was injured during the practice...wish her fast recovery.
 
Long Ying, A Macau player is actually from China along with Wang Rong, Zhang Dan dan Zhang Zibo...she is 27 yrs ( been told)
 
Minarti Timur, Wang Lily, Tek Ming and Rudy Wijaya werenot happy campers as the organizer has not issued ID cards when they are playing...Security is very strict...no ID, you can not go in...
 
The Arena is really nice,..the organizer uses only half of the capacity and it is easily it can accomodate around 8000 spectators...also inside the Arena,..there is MCDonald ( wont open during tournament and snack bar serving BEER..very nice...outside of Arena...there is Irish Bar and another bar.......I think I m in the right place..
 
Wacha, A POLISH MS player, is sponsored by KUMPOO, flew all the way to play Macau tournament only and found himself in tough draw against Sony.....Asked him why he did not plat at Taipeh Open...he said that he was not 100% injury free..
 
Cheng Chung Jen, a MD player from Taipeh is actually Indonesian born....speaks Indonesian very well and moved to Taiwan at early age...he is from Jakarta
 
Li Gen is the most talkactive and friendliest player....he just talked to anybody from Wang Rong, Choong Tan Fook,Wang Chen..HKG players,,,HGK coaches ...
 
Tan Chun Seang was injured quite badly...I believe that he hurt his angkle and needed to be carted out....Shieh found himslef very lucky as ultimately he was losing...I called him SUPERMAN as they just arrived this morning and he played MD as well...
 
Been told Yao Jie and Eirc Pang withdrew from Taipeh Open and will go back to China....I guess Lindaweni is very lucky ..
 
Wei Nan is so happy that he starts playing tournament...since he is holding Chinese passport, for wahtever reason he could not play Taipeh Open.....

Li Gen played very badly today......I think losing to Russian players is bad enough espeically they are single player..

I know injury can happen anytime. It happened to Julia Wong last time and now TCS. I'm not sure how it actually happened but I don't see this kind of injuries happening to CHN players for instance. Yeah, HYH is damn lucky!
