And so.. there were 7 upsets in Round 2 :

Upset no 7 : WS, Indonesia’s Firdasari defeated France’s Pi Hongyan (1st seed)
Upset no 8 : MS, KBH defeated Thailand’s Boonsak Ponsana (8th seed)
Upset no 9 : WS, Spore's Xing Ai Ying defeated England's Tracey Hallem (7th seed)
    upset no 10, MD, CCM/CCE defeated Indonesia's Luluk/Alvent (5th seed)
    Upset no 11, MD, Taiwan's Tsai/Chen defeated Sakamoto/Ikeda (7th seed).
Upset no 12 : MS, Vietnam's Nguyen defeated China's Chen Yu (7th seed)
Upset no 13 : MD, Msia's Tan Bin Shen/Khoo Chung Kiat defeated Ohtsuka/Masuda (8th seed)

Interestingly, Guo/Xie the only seeded MD left, with 3 seeded pairs withdrawn, the rest lost.

    Malaysia BOLEH...!!!
Most of the matches were quite decent except CY vs Vietnam guy and KBH vs Boonsak. Nothing spectacular but hats off to KBH and Viet guy for their fighting spirits... keep it ya guys... :)

The last match of the day - the MD (Ahsan & Septano Vs Zhongbo & Zhendong) - was full of fireworks.

    Very exciting contest!
