Sorry to say with so many top tier players being bundled out from this tournament, the finals have seem to be less exciting for me. Nevertheless i will still watch the final matches tonight. Hope the best players will win tonight matches.

First time i watched Taiwan player Tzu wei wang. Both Prannoy and Wang are technical players. They both played really well. Tzu wei wang has great skills @ net whereas Prannoy is powerful in his smashes.

It was an excellent match. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Good for Prannoy though, at last he won it. Nothing separated both. I still wonder how CTC lost to Marc zwiebler.

It will be really tough for Prannoy today as he is facing a player who is very tricky and more knowledgable . I watched some glimses of his yesterday match. He showed his technical brilliance throughout the match . Henri also showed extreme grit until the end.

My predictions for this tournament also all went wrong.

my predictions at the beginning is this for the finals.

    MS

Chou tien Chen versus Wang Tzu Wei

    WS

    Sun Yu versus Wang Yihan

    MD

Keigo Sonada / Takahashi Kamura versus berry anggriawan / Ryan agung saputra.

    WD

    China versus China

    XD

Xu Chen / Ma Jin versus Liu Cheng / Bao Yixin.

wow with so many upsets happening in this tournament and so many good Asia players bundled out in the earlier round of this tournament, my predictions all went wrong. Too bad.

Yes I agreed with you. I just cannot believe Chou Tien Chen can lose to Marc. Don't know why. I miss that match. But then lots of the people at the bwf website kept talking about refereeing errors in this tournament on daily basis. Perhaps I think that could be the reason. Refereeing errors. Too bad.

I watched Prannoy vs Tanongsak match. In the second game, when a point was earned by Tanongsak at 12-11, Instead of entering 13-11,Umpire added one more point and changed it to 14-11. Prannoy argued to redo it but invain. Tanongsak got one point extra. It is unbelievable Tanongsak did not say a word to umpire even though he know he got extra point. And later in the same match, two more times, umpire has given extra points to Tanongsak, but Prannoy argued and got the point back. Considering the second game won by tanongsak @24-22, if that point had not been awarded to Tanongsak, Prannoy would have won it two straight games.

Tell me, Who would not argue, if an umpire keep an giving free points to an opponent and Opponent being mum throughout . Tell me who is unprofessional?

I request you to watch the second game, you will know the facts.

Wow unbelievable refereeing errors also happened in that match. Thanks for the clarification. No wonder Prannoy kept arguing with the umpire. Then yesterday refereeing errors also caused Wang Tzu Wei to lose yesterday. But its okay everything is over. Plus this guy Marc really surprised me by entering the finals. Unexpected too.

Yesterday, Prannoy played well. Infact both TWW and Prannoy both played well. At last, there has to be only one winner.

CTC is a very hard worker and, to make it worse, he's addicted to badminton, if there are three tournaments he can participate in a month, he'll go for all three. How can he not be physically stretched in the third one? Just speculating.:p:D

CTC played 21 tournaments in the last 12 months, its a lot but not extreme. In MS top 50 Hsu Jen Hao is leading having played 28 tournaments the last 12 months. In WS top 50 the leader is Iris Wang with 31 tournaments:eek::cool:

Wow first time I get to see an all Japanese WD final. Interesting. Looks like both players are playing to their level best, refused to give up. Wonder who will win?

Thanks for the info. But believe CTC played many more rounds than Hsu Jen Hao as the former performed an average of QF finish, maybe.

Conversely, Iris Wang may have played the most number of tournaments, but most of the time she exited early, so not too taxing.
