what a game though, too bad wmc couldn't keep her concentration level up at the end ... tony/candra now on ... the camera angles are pretty bad, but it's free so can't really complain! :D

agree. WC is not easy to play. WMC has steadily improved over the years and she came really darn close to WC. WC is a very experienced player. she started in the Chinese team in the mid 90s and has more than 12 yrs of international experience.

i hope in the future members don't jump into conclusions too quickly without thinking.

Agreed losing 24-22 in one game and 25-23 in another is not choking. It is unlucky, nothing to do with skill, or even mental strength.

Even ZN (IMO one of the mentally strongest players) lost to PI in a close third game.

Yes, he won in straight sets. Seems like it will very likely be Gade vs Jonassen in the QF.

At least we have someone that we can count on, somehow when the game acores are close, Malaysian always at the losing end except KKK/TBH. Chinese are much better under this type of situation.

But if we depend to much on them.It might bring much preassure to them.Seem all the responsibilities are in their head. Not good..not good man.

Yeah, most of the performances were disappointing, now we're left with 2 MD and 2 MS. Most of the MS and MD don't perform to expectations.

Of the losers, we can only take heart from two performances (WMC and KKK/WPT).

Wong Mew Choo was unlucky this time, a very great effort from her against a top 5 player. Touch n go stuff.

Koo/Wong did well in XD too, losing a tight game to Koreans. BAM shouldn't be pairing them up on off and on basis, I'm sure they found difficulty in building momentum. And limited XD training doesn't help.

Good day for SG and INA though. Hope they can last longer in the tournament, though it looks that the Chinese will have a field day again .....

Anyhow, i still feel nervous for KKK & TBH, it might not be that easy to beat China Pair if they really meet up. After watched the match again yesterday, China is that 0.0.... % closed to Malaysia to claim victory for All England. . . But on the other hand, HTH & CCM suprised me by passing through tough match though. Hope they can keep it up to regain confidence and increase world ranking:)
