What's your experience and opinion on Tai Lai 001 (Gold)? How does it compare with Yonex AS-xx and Sosan Black? Flying curve, durability, consistance, etc. Thanks.
I haven't tried them yet but I'm looking to try them out once our horde of shuttles runs out. Here's what badmintonalley.com says about them: http://www.badmintonalley.com/Tai_Lai_Gold_Professional_Badminton_Shuttlecock_p/shuttlecock-tailai-gold-tl-001.htm
i'm using tai lai green tl-402 and i like them a lot. mind you i am paying under 3 canadian or 2.50 american per tube so that is another thing to like. last for more than a game in my game of doubles.
TaiLai 402 (training grade) has good durability for its price range. However, the most draw back from it, is the flight and consistent. Quite a percent of shuttles tumble ever since the 1st stroke, and the speed of the shuttle is not consistent, even within the same tube. However, since the price is very attractive, i still think it's a decent training grade (or, not as intensive club level match) of shuttle. Tried Tailai 101/201/301 before (1-2 years ago), each one is decent deal in it's respect price range.
