    Re: Boesen vs Xia

Xia is on match point but i'm waiting for him to take the match........

btw, the live scoring thing is kinda messed up, it says Hendrawan lost 2-0 but his scores are both on 15..... oh well.........

Sialan!!! Boesen got the serve back......... but its back to Xia!!

and that match is his!!!!!!!!! XIA XUANZE TAKES THE 2nd 15-10!!

Hey, that Boesen guy is not bad actually... a Peter-Gade in the making? Should be smart too. Medicine student in the U.

    Re: Boesen vs Xia

Hmm, i've never actually seen that Anders Boesen guy play but he seems to be a good player seeing that hes quite highly ranked. Xia and Ji have really lost their touch in the past few tournaments, like the All England when they both bombed out early....

Unlike the Olympics where no one could beat them except Hendrawan who took out Xia but lost to Ji........

Oh well, i hope Xia continues to do well and advance to the next stage........

    Adel, do you have ICQ?

    Re: Oh bugger.............

I'm not sure if i'm right to say this but i think Xia's weakness is his fitness.... Remember when Hendrawan pushed him around the court to beat him in both the Thomas Cup final and in Sydney? And how Ji endured all of that deception.... not sure if Ji is fit and Xia unfit or Xia is fit and Ji is just super fit

    Not exactly.

Brit inlcudes Englishman, Welshman, Scottish, but not Irish.

    Re: Oh bugger.............

10-all now. I don't doubt your analysis but why should that be the case? I mean, he's only 22 this year - isn't that a bit too young to be unfit?

Oh, btw... I haven't got ICQ. Am thinking of installing one coz everyone's been bugging me to do so.

    Re: Oh bugger.............

    Xia is leading now 14-10.......

Boesen just won the serve back though, hope he messes it up....... Dunno, because after the 2nd set of the Thomas Cup final Xia looked abosolutely exhausted...... But Ji barely showed and sign of fatigue at all at the Olympic games final

Finished. Xia took the third 15-10. But Boesen must have played well. Gong Hei.
