i think we have to admit the fact that our 2nd and 3rd singles players are not as good as china... it is time to give our younger players some exposure in this kind of team event.... it is a waste that Arif was not given any chance to play in this year's Thomas Cup... Koo/Tan will need to find inspiration to win again... something is not right in this pair as we saw Cai/Fu just played their normal game just now but our Koo/Tan just couldn't give them a fight... overall, malaysia achieves target of last 4... i predict Indonesia will win tonight...
i totally agreed with you, MAS always lost when it comes to 2-2 and need 3rd single to win the match. really hope arif latif can replace our 3rd single later.

Now since it's all down, what happened in 1st singles & 1st doubles? I saw in tourney software, LD lost straight sets, that's a surprise. KKK/TBH also lost straight sets, another surprise. Uncle Wong was expected. Fuzzy pair, I only saw replay of match pt, they look very fired up, like they want to crumble China's wall all by themselves.

from the beginning, i believe the coaches' thoughts were to get 2 points from MD and 1 point from MS1... so, i am not surprised with this kind of outcome after seeing Koo/Tan lost their game... let's look ahead... i believe talented players like Arif will bring glory to us in years to come...
