Lol... This reminds me that once I got a chance to "chat" with brandon as well. I thought I was the "unique" case, now I know I am not. One I 1st received the characters, I was like, "poor kwun really needs some sleep"...
Brandon is growing, so, time to go for cab30ms. At least, that's still easy enough to get several for backups.
Looks like I'm more than a year late! This pic 1 year ago... Brandon looks so adorable! Congrats and hope he'll grow up to be a great badminton player!
Time surely flies. With this rate, after another 5 years, we will see the jr. perform a jump smash on kwun.
Kwun, since Brandon was born in the US, I presume he will become a US citizen or are there more to it? What happens when he turns 18 or the legal age? Will he have to satisfy certain obligations, like military service as in Singapore?
Aha! i was right... and wow he's so grown now now the terrible 2's stage starts to kick in... hope you have a more peaceful time than my older sis is having with her baby girl :crying: Man they can sure run at that age, and have a limitless supply of energy!! I can picture little Brandon scampering off with Kwun's cab20's already kekeke
Loh, anybody born in the US is automatically a US citizen. he already has a US passport! in the US, miltary is not compulsory.
he "upgraded" to cab22. i cringe everytime he walks around and smashes the cab20 on the tile floor. a cab22 is way more durable..
Thanks Kwun. Just a thought. What happens to babies born to illegal immigrants in the US? Will such babies become US citizens as well. I'm sure there are such cases, but how would such parents register their children's birth in order not to get caught, if they are illegal themselves. In some countries, the child will have to decide when he/she is of legal age whether or not to become a citizen in the country he was born or become a citizen of his parents' country if they are non-citizens or just permanent residents.
The general rule (at least in the U.S.): regardless of the status of the parents, if their baby is born on U.S. soil, it is a U.S. Citizen.
