sorry to disagree, ive seen jeon hyeok jin two years ago winning a tournament and his results are superb since then, esp. for a junior taking the next step. he is really good, will climb up and is still very young if you ask me.

And Heo loses the first game... I guess he hasn't had enough time to recover.

The most controversial is 2002 Busan Asian Games Men's team final. Well, 2008 Korea Open MS final also created the headline, Lin Dan v Lee Hyun Il.

Yeah, China badminton head coach Li Yongbo and JPN coach Keita Masuda complained about the air conditioner in men's team event => http://www.ibtimes.com.au/2014-asia...-allegations-hurled-against-hosts-south-korea

Ihsan secures main draw ticket, def. giant-killer Heo KW, 21-17 / 21-19. The young INA MS will set up clash with Marc Zwiebler once again after JPN Open last week.

for any young and unknown players, the price of beating LCW is to lose in the next round...

Linesman advantage in Korea is infamous with the most patriotic linesman ever in the whole history of badminton.

Someone should make a compilation of the shocking calls made in korea.

Even Taufik threatened to never go back to Korea after the debacles at the asian games back in 2002...

I can still remember vividly some shocking calls from the recent years too

Not really. Tian Houwei won Australian Open 2013 after beating LCW in the semi-final.
