I registered back in 2005. So.... anyone register in 2007 should wait till 2010, I am certain you will be regular member by then...:D

    Thanks.

Well, one type of user seeks labels to validate forum participation, and the other focuses on actual contributions.

At the other forums, there was something like a hierarchy. The more posts someone has, the better state he gets. The more posts someone has, the more respect he/she got from the 'noobs'. It's a good thing that there's no such thing here at BC, and that everyone is treated equally. Getting rid of post counts isnt a bad idea either IMHO.

We do give higher respect to some forumers, but not based on how much he/she has post.
    It based on her/his integrity.
    secretely remarked as someone respected.

Yeah I know. The frequently banned people are treated with less respect, and the really helpful ones that put alot of effort into helping others.. like DinkALot, Ants, etc are respected more.

thats actually interesting i was wonderig about that the other day but never bothered to ask, but now since there is a thread started about it might as well inquire about it. To be honest i use to think regular ment that you have been a member for a while and had a fair amount of posts but then i saw some people who didnt fall into that catagory but were still regulay so now im curious about it too.

lolz, i think we should abolish the regular/registered members and such, and just have nothing lol...i mean respect is given equally anyhow, and we all know who we respect on this forum, and it shows...if you can search your name mentioned on this forum that you weren't participating in, odds are, someone respects you ;) :p

Maybe you become regular after having used the search function? :p:p

(As u can see I use the search function frequentally.. :p Good member? Yes.) ;)

Haha, joking aside, on other forums anyway, it is the post count that determines you "rank".

Yop. You mean, judging their personality/ personal properties in a negative way ? That's always considered as 'off-topic spam'.
