    haha, this is a very interesting thread....

    just like we are so keen in knowing the exact measurements of the entertainment stars.. haha

    anyway, don't worry too much about your own physical figure....
    if you are confident of your own figure, you will still exudes air of confidence and superiority and you may just excel on the badminton courts nevertheless....

    as for me,
    height: 173cm
    weight: 70kg (yes, pretty heavy. but i'm not big in size though.. haha)

    Professional explaination:
    1 To put on healthy weight, doing weight lifting is the best...get a lot of "sexy muscle"...think about the "six packs"...

    2 "Parasite Pills" (PP)is the most advanced "weight losing" technology. I heard from friend that the Japanese likes taking "PP", with very specialized doctor's close observation and control. After taking PP, ppl can pigout and still lose weight. When a desired weight is achieved, the poor parasite is removed. Never heard about this in HK or the West. Anybody gets any ideas?

    hmm...but some parasites are very infectious...distribute their eggs thru sewage and sometimes get past sewage processing...wouldn't tat kinda cause the parasite to spread to other ppl in the area?

    Wow. A lot of badminton players I can see are way too underweight.

    As posted, my age is 17, 5'10", and 150 lbs. I'm still underweight by about 15 pounds. Lol. The recommended weight for my height is 165 lbs. :crying:

    LOL i wish.. i have like 26% body fat.. prolly a bit more after xmas.. so yeh.. i wish it were all muscle.. so do my knees actually.. wish it were all muscle.. i'm just a big fella overall.. playing doubles is interesting cuz most time ppl can't see my partner if i'm in front *grin*
