Why I missed that movie? Chit chat.

I watched GotG today and was amazed.
Skipped it when it arrived coz forget reading the title, I hadn't even heard of any such comic series. After watching, I was like "Why did I miss that one? Should have watched that on a larger screen. "

Has this happened with any of you guys?

Yes I missed FF7, Avengers2 coz I was in the forbidden village almost bored to death while my friends enjoyed the blockbusters on the multiplexes..
Last year I missed Big Hero 6, and despicable me2 and The 22Jump street and in fact I couldn't manage to watch The Harry potter and deathly hallows part2 could you believe that!! Any teen missing that movie is equal to death penalty :D although I rectified the mistakes as soon as possible..
It happens a lot with every student in his crucial academic years I guess!!
 
I guess I am an old fart so I usually don't watch movies when they come out. I ended up watching them when they come out on discs or streaming.

But I do remember I watched Back to the Future on screen when I was a kid. Some uncle thought I would enjoy it so he brought me. I clearly remember going to the cinema for it but honestly I remember only little on the movie itself.

It has been 30 years!

Watch GotG. Batista's first major release outdid Rocks entire body of work bar Rundown and probably Gameplan ( which was a different genre); and I type that as a registered member of TBI since 1997 who despised The Animal.
 
Oh well so surprised to see this thread. Anyway in life I guess most of the people love watching dramas and movies for entertainment. As for me I must truly admit that I am a great fan of Cantonese TVB dramas and also Cantonese movies.




Well speaking about movies that I have missed. Of course I miss a lot of movies. I am a great fan of Deric Wan Siu Loon, Ekin Cheng Yi Kin and Leon Lai meng. Now I am practically working so hard to download all gthe Cantonese movies that I have missed so that I can watch them later.






I have successfully download the full complete set of TVB dramas dan Cantonese movies acted by Leon Lai and have finished watching all his movies and dramas.





Now I have been working very hard to download the Cantonese TVB dramas acted by Deric Wan Siu Loon and trying my level best to watch it. Going to finish downloading all this Cantonese TVB dramas soon.







The last one is Ekin Cheng Yi Kin. I have downloaded a few of his Cantonese TVB dramas and Cantonese movies to watch. he has acted in too many dramas and movies that the lists is so long too long. So guess I won't have a chance to download all the movies that he has acted before.






Anyway I really love watching TVB dramas so much to the point that I have been addicted to it. Now in the process of downloading all those TVB dramas that I have missed so that I can watch them.







I don't really like watching Korean dramas to be honest because I find that the story line are all almost the same and I can even predict the outcome of the movies or dramas even before I finish watching it.




Wow this is my hobby. I love it. Watching TVB dramas. :)
 
Last time while I download those Leon Lai Meng TVB dramas to watch, I really enjoyed watching it till I get addicted. I remembered I break my own record and manage to watch finish the famous TVB drama (The Breaking Point) acted by Leon Lai Meng and Deric Wan Siu Loon (40 episodes) just within 2 days.




Wow I just cannot believe that I finish watching 40 episodes just within 2 days. Now I have finished downloading the Golden Faith TVB drama acted by Deric Wan Siu Loon and Gallen Lo. It was so nice that I got addicted to it. This drama have 45 episodes. I just finish downloading the drama yesterday. Today I managed to watch episode 1-10 non stop for ten hours. Wow that goes to show how I Iove watching TVB dramas.
 
Yes when I was young till now seems that I have missed a lot of those nice movies. Yes so now I am working hard to download those movies that I have missed to that I can watch them.



Wow so happy to say that I have finished downloading all Leon Lai Meng nice TVB dramas and Cantonese dramas and have finished watching all of them.




Then as for Deric Wan Siu Loon TVB dramas I am left with 6 more TVB series to download then I can complete my collection already.






As for Ekin Cheng Yi Kin he acted in too many TVB dramas and Cantonese movies. So far I have only downloaded 2 of his famous TVB drama, face to face and ever ready. Wow he has acted in more than 100++++ TVB dramas and Cantonese movies so it is almost impossible for me to complete the collection.






The latest one is Gallen Lo as he really caught my attention after that 2 nice TVB dramas, golden faith and vengeance that he acted together with Deric Wan Siu Loon. Gallen Lo TVB dramas will be my next target after I finish downloading 6 more of Deric Wan Siu Loon TVB dramas.






Well I am a great fan of TVB dramas. However now I do limit myself to watch only 2 episodes per day.
