Sorry abedeng and Chris for replying late. The Singapore stock market is in pretty bad shape, just like many others in the region, no thanks to Uncle Sam, who started it all with their sub-prime mortgage lending. Thus I have been kept buzy looking after my clients and also to ensure that they will not turn bad!

BadMania was supposed to return to Singapore on a more permanent basis but things did not work out according to plan and he has now to stay longer in Hong Kong. Not sure whether he could come and join us in KL this time, seems unlikely though if the varsity term in HK has not ended during the WC.

My reliable Malaysian friend, hcyong, who has been working here a few years has got me the season tickets but I can only depart from Singapore by coach on Wednesday midnight, 15 Aug, so as not to miss the morning session the next day. I will only return to Singapore with hcyong by night train on Sunday after the finals.

I have not forgotten that we are supposed to have a grand BC dinner get-together on Sat, after the semi-finals. Let's hope we can all meet and not to dissappoint Ants and Terry. I'm sure ants will be armed to the teeth with his hi-tech camera and if you want to be in the pic and be seen by all BC forum members, make sure you come!

kajang is far away compare to the R&R at shah alam expressway(Kesas H'way).... that toll plaza is not that jam. use touch n go or smart tag.....
