I was only referring to the last 2 pictures with circles. One shows a grommet still filled while the other the grommet is out of place
I saw the Voltric 70 at Flymax Tampines sports hall. Quite nice design and it feels head heavy to me.
Definitely a pass for me! Tri-Voltage? What about trip-safe, surge-protect, the whole UPS thing? Just kiddin' around, sure there'll be many who'll jump on it!
Try the rackets out !!! I don't like the bags !!! I still love the Arcsaber Z-Slash !! Prediction: I think the Arcsaber Z-slash can smash faster then the Voltric 70
Only too bad it doesn't transform back once it is bended! (or in pieces). "Single action transformer, now available in stores near you!" VT70 should be released mid- to late October here, at the Dutch Open would be likely ...
What a shame the racket cant do that !! if it did you might as well buy one racket and tell it to transform into any racket you want !! have you been on the yonex.com site ? to look at the voltric 70 specs and etc ?
The .com was taking ages to load just now but have seen the specs over the last few weeks already. Looks like a very allround racket, not to the liking of some as we have been able to read the past few pages . A little too much white in it for me , but the attractive price should make it very tempting nonetheless for many. Has to be at least under 100GBP at introduction ...
Ti-10's and Panda's Trinity 1 are the ones I use mostly. More so the Panda's in case somebody whacks it during social play Besides those AT700 and TC700's and a few others, Arc8DX on the way . Battery's almost dead, singing off for the day
My Yonex friend come and brought his VT70 last night, and he lend me the racket for warm up. My impression, it looks quite good (but not stunning) mainly black and some white on the frame. Spec wise, it does not feel heavy at all even it has bp of 300 (strung and griped), thats something i really like. The shaft looks really smaller and slim, maybe that reduces the weight. Playability wise, during warm up switch around between VT70 (27lbs) and Flypower Warrior 8 (26lbs), and i instantly notice the bigger sweet spot of the VT70. Its was very easy to clear and i managed to land a few smashes that surprise my self. Thats as far as went, as did not want to use a racket that is not mine for a real game. Having said that I would not rate VT70 higher than previous YY racket, I would say it feels closer to Arc series than AT series. But again i maybe did not try it long enough.
