A gruelling top half of MS draw will involve three big stars, Chen Long, Lin Dan and defending champion Lee Chong Wei. Their premature clash most likely will happen at last sixteen and quarterfinal. Both CHN leading men, Chen L & Lin D have tricky opening test, Englishman Ouseph and Korean Son WH respectively while the Malaysian hero Lee CW who must crawling from qualifying round is expected will take on Thai Ponsana at main draw R/32. Jakarta World Championships Gold and Silver medalist, Carolina Marin and Saina Nehwal may repeat their rivalry on Sunday's finale. The package of some potential foes will thwart their track, 2013 World Champion Ratchanok Intanon, three former Japan Open winners, Wang Yihan (2008, 2009, 2011) ,Tai Tzu Ying (2012), local young sensation Akane Yamaguchi (2013) and last year champion Li Xuerui. The other seeded WS, recent WC bronze medalist Sung Ji Hyun and Wang Shixian will hope to get better result here.
