r they playing all england and swiss open? anyone knows? the game between jiewen+yangwei vs yawen+wei yili last swiss open was the bomb!

They somehow looked tired and were very prone to unforced errors in MO...hopefully they can regain the fitness they had in swiss open and rerock future tournies!

I don't think YW's shoulder can take any more punishments. It was painful to watch her struggling through the last two SS.

Once they play the Chinese National Games, they will be done for good.

Malaysian Open 2009

Some pics of Zhang Jiewen and her long-time partner, Yang Wei during their title match against eventual champions Koreans, Lee Hyo Jung and Lee Kyung Won, to whom they lost meekly 15-21, 12-21 in 33min, after a long lay off from competitive badminton.

Zhang and Yang also lost to the same Korean pair during the semi-finals of the just-concluded Korea Open 2009 but this time their performance was much better, losing in three games 16-21, 21-18, 10-21 in 66min. Once this pair is able to regain their match fitness, they should be a serious contender for international titles again.

i would b sad if they stop competing...their games are js so nail-biting and they always consist of unbelievable rallies delivered by top-notched skills.

I wonder if anyone will upload the KO semi final between them and the korean pair on utube or something. I cant download them...>.<:crying:
