That's right BH, NSW BA is so hopeless. It's done between AU BA and NSW govt who made the deal. As I heard millions of $$$ is now held by Federal Govt pending improvement on badminton development in NSW, they are disappointed as over the years $$$ is not well spent in our state. So hopefully that will change soon.BTW we should make a good plan on how to replace that lady witch from running NSW BA LOL :)

I can put you as one of the line judges and you will have an excuse to go to Sydney for the whole week, how about that? :)

Not monetarily as yet, but you dont have to buy ticket at all, its free access without ticket for line judges in and out of the venue for the whole time (including semi final and final). Plus a good very chance to chat/take photo with players. Not to mention getting an official BWF line judge certificate, a pre-requisite for a full judge badge.

Do you know when the dates will be? I'm very interested in this but am only in Sydney until July before I fly home to the UK.

Scratch that, April, I will see you there!

I'm sure the fans in Sydney are lovely, I'll be one of them.

How much experience do you have to have for line judging?

I was checking out the tickets last night. What's the difference between VIP and not?

    Fairy Nuff.

I should probably do at least Fri/Sat/Sun Finals which is 100 bucks. Maybe I'm outta touch but that still seems like a lot just to see Sho Sasaki play Tien Minh Nguyen ;)

This is quickly turning into a $Grand$ long weekend!
