More like, as expected, DL ran out of gas in G2 after emptying his tank in G1. Typical pattern for him.

so INA women team will face MAS in semifinal tomorrow. is the match order depend on World Ranking? Today, Nitya/Feinya who has lower rank fielded as 1st WD and Vita/Nadya as 2nd WD. If so, i think Firda will be fielded as 1st WS tomorrow.

    My prediction :

Firda vs Tee Jing Yi = 60-40
Firda should take it, usually firda has good spirit and perfomance on team event.

    Nitya/Feinya vs Vivian/WKW = 58-42
In last two encounters Nitya/feinya beat them in straight sets.

    Linda vs Lydia = 55-45
Linda is not consistent, last time lost in 3 sets. But if she play her normal game, she will take it.

    Vita/Nadya vs LYL/Maryleen = 65-35
    Vita/Nadya to win/.

Bellaetrix or Febe vs Sonia = 60-40
    Bella or Febe will win.

A bit off-topic. Komodo is SEA Games mascot. Good news for Komodo here :D:D

Komodo among New7Wonders top seven finalists
The Jakarta Post, Jakarta | Sat, 11/12/2011 9:16 AM

Komodo National Park finished in the top seven finalists in the New7Wonders campaign, according to a interim tally on the New7Wonders Foundation's website.

Official voting closed on Friday at around 11 a.m. GMT.

The other interim winners include the Amazon Rainforest in South America, Halong Bay in Vietnam, Iguazu Falls on the border of Brazilian state of Parana and Argentine province of Misiones, Jeju Island in Korea, Puerto Princesa Underground River in the Philippines and Table Mountain in South Africa.

The foundation said that SMS votes submitted in each country were still being tallied and that the results could still change during the verification process.

The foundation announced the seven winners alphabetically, pending a final ranking based on their scores.

The winners will be officially announced at a ceremony in early 2012.

Malaysia managed to beat Vietnam 3-1 as expected to enter the semi-finals.
Now, the crucial time. Can their second team beat Singapore? I would feel pretty sad if our second team can't beat Singapore. SIN's first MD is quite strong, while I feel that Malaysia should win both MS. However, SIN's MS is pretty unpredictable too! Most of the matches might be 50-50 and come down to mental fortitude.

I was actually quite disappointed that Liew Daren didn't take a game off NTM this time :(
Hope he shows a better performance against Derek Wong tomorrow... Derek is no easy meat although Liew Daren is highly expected to win.

Meanwhile, on men department semifinal, INA will face THA.

    my prediction,

    Simon vs Tanongsak = 55-45
Simon is very not consistent, but he should deliver a point for INA tomorrow.

    Kido/Hendra vs Jongjit/Bodin = 50-50
Everyone know, now Kido/Hendra can lost to any pair in this world :D, in French Open they lost to ENG pair. But i will not surprise if they win gold medal in next year OG. it is their trend right? :D:D

    Tommy vs Pakkawat =56-44
    Tommy to win!

    Bona/Ahsan vs Patipat/Nipitphon= 60-40
    ditto.

    Hayom vs Pisit = 57-43
    ditto.

so, i predict INA to win either 3-1 or 3-0. :)

I tend to agree that INA will probably win all the singles. Taufik might just be playing only in the Final against MAS.

As for doubles, I hope they field Bona/Ahsan in MD1 as they have a higher ranking than Kido/Hendra right now.

Indonesia should get past Thailand although Bodin/Maneepong can always spring a surprise. I can only see two places where Thailand can get a point, which is MS against Simon (Tanongsak) and Bodin/Maneepong in MD. Malaysia on the other hand has something like a 50-50 in every match against Singapore.

Agree with your assessment. Not very sure which Simon or Markis/Hendra will show up these days. At worst, INA wins 3-2

Still no news from the THA (Porntip) v SIN (Gu Juan) WS1 match. Must be tight in that too.

    Linda 7-6 TJY

TJY looks dog tired. Lunging but can't retrieve Linda's tight net shot. Linda 9-6
