just go to the hardware store with your bolt and find some spacers/washers that fit. hopefully you can buy them in multiples of 4 or a small pack's worth. For now you should be able to string some rackets without the 360 rotation.
Going to the store now, ill try to see if I can get a handful of washers to lift it up more so that I can possibly get 360 rotation. Will keep you updated!
