I'm not a coach but trying to help someone to improve on her singles skills. She is perfectly fine on stamina, but lacks consistency and power, footwork is average only. Right now I'm throwing shuttles at her to the left and right nets, clearing to her back court left and right and driving left and right + nets. We're out of drills to do, we have plenty of practicing shuttles and about 2 hrs on every session. Getting a proper coach is out of the question at the moment because we can't afford a coach for 3 sessions / week basis. HELP! Thank you!
