CCC Badminton: Where to go to buy badminton gears in Melbourne?

if your vans are the ones that are light brown/clear at the bottom they should be non marking.

umm, its blue on the bottom LOL! i don't know what that means ): plus, i have to go buy a cheap racket as i didn't even bring one lol

umm sorry if i am posting in the wrong section.. but where is this club located? when are drop ins? and what days? I am only here till next tuesday ): leaving back to Sydney for the rest of the week and leaving back home to toronto.

the club that i play at with chris is at MSAC which is at albert park near the city on wednesdays. but there also other sessions that chris takes but i'im not too sure of the details.

What jmore said is correct; At MSAC, we have Social sessions on Wednesday nights, and Coaching sessions on Sunday mornings.

Regarding, rackets, we have spare rackets; But for shoes, you will have to bring them yourself; And they have to be non-marking shoes.

Today I met up with Coach Jiang Xin. He told me that he will be opening a shop at Richmond; The name of his shop will be Sports Elite.

CCCers might want to ring him up before going there to have a look at his stock of Badminton goods.

Have you tried ringing 03-9428-8081 and/or turn up at the shop to have a look? Somehow, the name of the shop is still unclear - Whether it going to be Sports Elite or Stadium Sports.

Sports Elite is pretty good. I bought a bag there.

There are fitness machines there, basketball, badminton, tennis, and many other sports. But I think they specialize more in badminton equipment because I saw a lot of badminton stuff there. I think they do restringing as well.
 
I agree. I managed to get my yonex badminton shoes there in Richmond, I went the Box Hill store too but they haven't got any size for ladies.
