Even i was wondering. Taufik looked totally different and also his game is extremely powerful . Even his achievements were outstanding.

I think so too and plus Taufik had that godly backhand that is hard to copy.

Liu/Zhang to the next round. When I saw them playing in G1 and G2 I thought there would be no hope for them to move forward in this tournament. Zhang Nan back to his good form in G3, good to see. LC doing pretty well considering.
This MAS pair playing a horrible game helped too, fortunately.

Ginting's cross smashes have been too predictable and lost him points. Should consider trying something else that works.

Ginting lost patience in some of the rallies.

That was so close, Kenta. AG did well to catch up, but his errors really cost him.

What a battle, Ginting on the brink of defeat fought his way back to force deuce but lost it narrowly. It could've gone either way.

My heart is going to be broken, Ginting always increases maximum pace at the end of the match and no one can stop him but unlucky

I was worried watching the match. Ginting didn't seem to have fire in him. His footwork and netting are good, but his errors ..... I don't want to say. Too painful.
