    Sounds like either your stringer could be inconsistent or it was simply a lemon job

    Yeah I've had no such issues with mine tbh and none of the owners here (where I play) have either. Does sound like lemon jobs as Ch1k0 said above.

    +1 for a bad string job. No way that a decent BG80 job drops so much in such a short period of time.

    In the case, I must say I am quite disappointed. The stringer in question is, in my view a reputable member of BC and endorsed by Li Ning.

    That's a darn shame then. All the more I'd say a lemon job then.

    Small mistakes can happen so easily. One lemon job is not a reason to question a stringer's qualities in general. Talk to him about your concerns with that particular string job and see what he has to say about it.

    Being a stringer, I highly prefer it if a client gets back to me an addresses that he isn't happy with my string job, instead of saying nothing, being grumpy (worst case tell others about it...) and/or simply move on to the next stringer. I do not want to give out bad jobs. In case one has indeed slipped my personal QC, I would like to know it and for sure would offer a free replacement.
