And with the victory over Lu, Zhou Mi will become world no.1 next week no matter she bt WL or not tomorrow. Lu Lan is the defending champion of Denmark Open.

Zhou Mi : 69480 points (after semi)
    Lu Lan : 68799 points

and there again...ZM beat LL (again)!!

it seems that Zhou Mi is kind like a "krytonite" for Lu Lan

    for tomorrow...

i'm looking forward for the CHN Masters SS 08 Final Rematch between Zhou Mi vs Wang Lin

of course...i will give a big support for the young future CHN WS to get her payback this time (hopefully) :)

for another CHN representative...Fu Haifeng/Shen Ye, i think its too hard to beat the hot Markis and Hendra if u looking at their current peak....but who knows if Fu/Shen can make an upset...

according to the astro commentator, this is the sixth meeting between the two of them. Zhou Mi has won all of them. It seems that Lu Lan just can't beat Zhou Mi.

I think CHN should concentrate on those younger girls Wang Yihan and Wang Lin, they seem to be more complete players. Keep XXF in the team for a few years to help guide them.

Lu Lan has a weakness against certain type players (Zhou Mi/Tine Rasmussen) and Zhu Lin's stamina is a joke, she almost went down to Petya earlier in 2nd round ...... These are known issues that CHN coaching staff hasn't been able to address.

    Technically..

..IMO, Zhou Mi is still the no.3 WS for CHN..Just look at the fact: 4 consecutive WS Final appearances in 4 tourneys..

    dont forget bout Jiang Yanjiao

i think Lyb should give this gal more chance to compete in upcoming tourney

compared to Wang Lin and Wang Yihan...Jiang is already 22 (if i'm not mistaken),so i think its time for her to take a big stage to improve her game
